行進曲「風の音に乗って」

　春のいい天気の下、涼しげな風が清涼感を運んでくれるイメージで作曲しました。サイクリングにでも出かけて、春という季節を身体全体で感じ取れたらという清々しい気持ちを表現しています。清々しい風を切りながらサイクリングを楽しみ、周りの景色や人々の生活を感じながら、何事をするにも前向きに生きていこうという願いも込められています。少し早めのテンポ設定は、サイクリングで進んでいくスピード感を、トリオに出てくる打楽器は人々の楽しいそうな生活を表現しています。

なおこの作品は、2004年に行われた「自由演奏会作曲コンクール」にて最優秀賞を受賞致しました。

MARCH “SOUND OF THE WIND”

I composed this piece with the image of a cool wind bringing a refreshing feeling on a fine spring day, like I experience when I go cycling. I seek to enjoy life to the fullest, savoring the bracing wind when cycling, enjoying the scenery and the activity of people around me as I ride.The bright tempo portrays the speed of my bicycle as I ride and the percussion in a trio expresses the happiness of people I see along the way.This piece won the highest award in "FreeConcert Composition Competition" in 2004.
