凱風快晴 富士の山・茶摘みの主題による

　航空自衛隊中部航空音楽隊委嘱作品。音楽隊が所在する静岡県にちなんだ唱歌「富士の山」「茶摘み」の主題をテーマとして作曲をしました。
　タイトルの「凱風快晴」とは、浮世絵師の葛飾北斎が描いた「富嶽三十六景」の中でも最も有名な浮世絵、通称「赤富士」を元に付けられています。「富士の山」「茶摘み」の2曲を通して1つの世界観を作り出すのは難儀でしたが、テンポ感や特色ある音列を生かして構成しました。富士山の圧倒的な存在感や自然の中で行われる茶摘みの光景が音楽を通して伝わればと思います。
GAIFU KAISEI was commissioned by Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Central Defense Force Band. The title “GAIFU KAISEI” is based on Hokusai Katsushika’s most famous Ukiyo-e “Aka Fuji (Red Mount Fuji)” taken from his “36 sceneries of Mount Fuji”. For his musical source material, the composer chose the traditional folk songs “Fuji no Yama (Mount Fuji)” and “Chatsumi (Tea Picking)” associated with Shizuoka where the band is located. With special care and attention to the traditional tempos and notation of these melodies, Fukushima has created an original piece that portrays the famous mountain and the peasants at work in the tea fields.
