管楽器のみの楽曲において、ホ長調 - E durという調はほとんど見かけることがありません。しかしながら、だからこそ生まれる「美しさ」に耳を傾けたいと思い、あえて原曲と同じ調で音を並べました。
小さな曲ですが、この作品に出会った皆様が少しでも、モシュコフスキという作曲家への興味を深めていただければ、これほど嬉しいことはありません。

2018年12月、昭和トロンボーンアンサンブル第30回定期演奏会にて初演。

ARIA HOMMAGE TO M.MOSZKOWSKI

Moritz Moszkowski (18541925) was a Polish composer. As an active pianist during his lifetime, his works were mainly written for the piano. This piece was composed as a homage to his "Piano Concerto in E Major, Op. 59," a work that captured the essence of Moszkowski's refined mastery of the piano and his beautiful style.The E major key is rarely seen in works composed for wind instruments only. However, I wrote this piece in this original key as I hope to share the beauty of Moszkowski's concerto with others.Although this is just a minor work, I would be absolutely delighted if it can pique the interest of everyone who came across it in the composer Moszkowski.This piece premiered at the 30th regular recital of the Showa Trombone Ensemble in December 2018.
