ストコフスキーの鐘 (スコアのみ・パート譜レンタル）
「ストコフスキーの鐘」は、20世紀で最も影響力があり、かつ論議を呼んだ指揮者の一人、レオポルド・ストコフスキーへの音楽的オマージュである。ドアティは、ストコフスキーがフィラデルフィアでリバティベル山の日の出を訪れ、街のすべての鐘が共鳴するのを聴く姿を想像した。
複数の楽典、ポリリズム、対位法を用いて複雑な音色を重ね合わせた「ストコフスキーのための鐘」は、バンドのための作品の中で最も演奏されている曲のひとつである。

Bells for Stowkowski is a musical tribute to one of the most influential and controversial conductors of the 20th century, Leopold Stokowski. Daugherty imagines Stokowski in Philadelphia visiting the Liberty Bell at sunrise, and listening to all the bells of the city resonate. With multiple musical canons, polyrhythms and counterpoints to achieve a complex timbral layering of sound, Bells for Stokowski is one of Daugherty's most performed works for band. Duration ca. 13:30
